LAS Meeting November 20

The Longmont Astronomical Society will meet 7 to 9 pm in the Community Room (Rm #1480-82) at the Front Range Community College, 2190 Miller Drive, Longmont, CO on Thursday, November 20, 2008. The speaker will be Max Moe, who will cover the basics of planetary nebulae, their origins, some observing hints and strategies, and his work on the binary star formation of planetary nebula.
