The Longmont Astronomical Society will meet 7 to 9 pm in the Community Room (Rm #1480-82) at the Front Range Community College, 2190 Miller Drive, Longmont, CO on Thursday, July 16th.
The speaker will be LAS member, Allen Jeeter. Allen Jeeter is a professional photographer and an amateur astronomer who is interested in imaging the night sky. Rather than investing large sums of money on expensive mounts, telescopes,and cameras, Allen has taken a less expensive approach. Learn how Allen produces impressive astrophotos using affordable gear.
